… passed away on Monday, December 22, after a long illness.

We remember Dragisa as a remarkable individual and an intellectual free spirit who, throughout his life, strove to further develop martial arts based on the principles of the ancient masters. With the utmost dedication and a great deal of personal commitment, he shared his knowledge on the mats of the Aikido School Bern, the Systema Martial Arts School Bern, and at countless national and international seminars.

Dragisa was a person who not only taught martial arts but embodied them—with clarity, intellectual freedom, and deep presence.

Your spirit inspired and sustained us. You showed so many people the way.

Now you are embarking on your final journey—and we know that you will live on in the hearts of your wife, Renata, and your students.

We miss you so much.
